BACKGROUND
ROSS, RYAN & NEAL, Inc., is an Arizona Corporation and was established with the mission of providing superior quality real estate services with specific emphasis on properties and projects located in the West Valley.
Its Principal has over twenty (20) years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and have consummated transactions involving commercial buildings, site selection, tenant representation of retail, medical/dental and general office leasing, sales of income properties, retail and industrial buildings, vacant land sales, and property management of commercial buildings. Services also include planning and zoning issues and broker opinion of value. The Company limits its practice to the “West Valley” with special emphasis on transactions involving the sales and leasing of medical/dental buildings, commercial and industrial buildings, buyer/tenant representation, vacant land and “pad” sales.

Professional real estate services, like the professional services you obtain from your Physician, Attorney, and C.P.A., should have their foundation built on mutual trust, integrity and competence. This is the foundation upon which we base our business and our relationship with our clients. We take particular care to listen, and to understand the needs and desires of our clients, and to tailor services and marketing programs to meet these needs. As an “independent broker” we have the flexibility to bring creative solutions and programs into play, and can often suggest alternatives to traditional real estate arrangements, which can save our clients money and enhance the marketing of their properties.
Throughout our business activities we constantly strive to conduct ourselves according to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. We have found over the years that this pays significant dividends both to our firm and to our clients.
OUR COMMITMENT
Because of the intensity of our marketing activity on behalf of our clients, we limit the number of properties and principals we will represent at any given time. We feel it is best to focus our attention and direct our efforts to specific target objectives, rather than rely on a “Shot Gun” approach to real estate services.
Therefore, if we enter into a agreement to represent, market your project, or acquire property on your behalf to lease or purchase, you have our commitment that you will receive a high degree of professional effort, based on a pre-determined plan and executed in accordance with the highest standards of professional ethics and conduct.
An agreement to represent is a contract to perform, both morally and materially. We take seriously our commitments and responsibilities and give top priority to the urgency of our clients needs.
